Some Local Multiplayer XBOX 360 Games?

I've got CoD4&5, Gears, Halo, WWE, Madden etc. and they're great online & offline, but are there any other good local (offline) multiplayer XBOX 360 games. Maybe something with CPU - AI - BOTS - CO-OP.
