How can Biden call himself a practicing Catholic yet support Obama's abortion plans?

what a great question!! some reporter ought to ask him that! I am catholic, and I can't think of a single catholic I know who is pro choice. (90%, where'd that # come from?!) I agree with the church that even contraception is a form of abortion, or at the very least, it's playing God. My reasoning for biden saying that is that he's making a half ed attempt to get the catholic vote (we are the largest church) but any catholic who knows their stuff would never vote for a pro choice ticket. most of us tend to be rather conservative anyways. as for obama, he's just scary. look at his name. that's not a christian name... that's all I will say about that.
