Does anyone else use Craigslist for a job search?

I have noticed that most of the companies that post jobs don't give their company's name. Then there are those that will post a job where you have to go to a website and post your info and sign up for offers that you are not interested in. I am starting to think the whole Craigslist thing is bogus. I used my cell phone as a contact number for one of the job postings and all of a sudden my cell is getting bombarded with advertisement calls. This is so unfair to people who are desperately looking for work.
