What is the fair thing for me to do? Is this harment?

Ok so I was admittedly in a relationship with a younger kid (we're both teenagers). He said we should break up and I didn't fight him on it. As he broke up with me he said he would get me into trouble if I tried to contact him or if I ever went to his town. Now I am just starting my life and there's no way I want trouble, so of course there's nothing else to say about it. My yahoo account was closed and a week went by. I started a new account and asked a question about a totally unrelated subject in a category that I never visited before. It was not getting any answers so I added more to the question and extended the answer period. Today I signed on and found an answer from him, I took the question out and blocked him from my answers network. So here's my question: Is there any way that he could say this was me trying to contact him and accuse me of haring him? and 2nd, I don't think it was fair for him to write that answer when I was trying to keep to my own business. What do you think about it and what should I do? I will follow the most reasonable answer. Thanks. Personal attacks are not answers.
