Which QB should I use this week for Fantasy?

My opponent for the week has TO as a receiver. I can play either Romo or Brees. Here is the problem. I could play Romo and get points everytime TO gets points and hopefully have them cancel out, but that could backfire and Romo could end up throwing some picks against an average to above average eagles defense. On the Brees side, his #1 receiver is out, but he still has patten, shockey, bush, and Bush's backups to go to and they play the Redskins defense who are average at best I think. I also have patten on the bench, should I make him a receiver since he will be come the #1 wideout for the team? Should I still start him if Brees is my QB...that is a little risky unless you know they will both have good-great games. So confused....
