My little brother gets dizzy when lying down for bed. Please, what could be wrong??!?

It could be a lot of things. Ear issues can casue dizziness, so can a thing called vertigo. I would look into that and see how the symptoms relate. If he can not sleep i would ask the Doctor about him taking motion sickness pills to possibly help.
