16 & tired of the guys & never been kissed?

I'm 16 and I'm always told I'm pretty by everyone - outside of my school. I would probably be seen as an exotic beauty because I'm racially different than the majority of my school. I'm tall, thin, varsity sport athletic, smart, and dress well, why don't do I feel like such a romantically-challenged freak? If you knew someone with my qualities, would you feel intimidated? Like the person is a snob? Afraid to be with the 'different' girl? I feel like I'm not normal. How can I be 17 next year and have no experience like that? Advice would be so helpful.
