Why isn't breathing a sin?

I don't remember "Thou shall not lie". There is "Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor" which means do not falsely accuse anyone of a crime or sin. I think of it with the Golden rule. You say she is not fat because you do not want to hurt her feelings which is probably the same you expect from her. Some people go extremists in all religion without fully thinking the intent or purpose of the extremism. Say what will make her happy because you love her not because the truth must be absolute. Whatever works for Kirk Cameron may not work for others. Who is he to tell you or anyone else the judgment of God. All he can do is act. He is probably swayed by those who feels they are "holier than thou" for the power or the interest these videos bring in. Ignore him and talk to ministers or others who truly dedicated themselves to serving the Lord rather than rely on a quickly made video.
