Tips on having a yard/garage sale?

I am planning on having a yard sale next month during our town's city wide yard sales. We are selling tons of baby stuff and also random clutter from the house. What tips do you have to get the most stuff sold and also any pricing tips would help? For baby items like bouncers and walkers would it be ok to price them at half what they cost in the store, they are in excellent condition and nothing is over 3 years old.
