Should I evict my "friend". He takes advantage of my kindness, stole a girl too.?

I let my friend live in my house for minimal rent, he trashes my laundry room, crashed my car costing me 2k in damages (he was DDing for me and did a burnout at my request, but he sucks at driving, freaked, crossed the highway, and slammed into the pavement). He, my friends, and I went to the mountains for the weekend to hook me up with this girl (they thought we'd like each other). Things were going great, all my friends were encouraging me (him included), Then when she went to sleep, he jumped in her bed (she didn't give him any, but still). A week later they got drunk, made out, and then he tells me I shouldn't see her anymore because it would be awkward to him, although he insists she meant nothing to him. My other roomates girlfriend caught him sneaking around with her at 4 am in MY house. He's seeing at least two other girls who really like him, but he says he doesn't want a long term deal. What do I do? Eviction is an option. I feel I've been too nice and I'm being walked on.
