It sounds like he's jerking around with your feelings. More than likely he won't be worth it, maybe you can stay friends, but other than that, I wouldn't date him. He is being immature about it and needs to sort out how he really feels instead of playing with your feelings. Guys don't need to play games with a girl that can play better. :)
