Can any body tell me which and where are the ccna (640-801) exam centre in northen India?

I m doing ccna certification from lucknow. I've heard that cisco is now going to grant testing centers to its authrised learning centers in India? Is it right or wrong? Please clear my problem. I will be very thankful to you.
